Lets see your favourite photos of such statues. No ornaments though, this is for full size statues on public display. Show full rules Announced: Sunday, 13th March, 2011 (GMT) Submissions: Sunday, 20th March, 2011 – Saturday, 26th March, 2011 (GMT) Voting: Sunday, 27th March, 2011 – Saturday, 2nd April, 2011 (GMT) Processing rules: Entries can be black and white or colour or sepia No special effects Basic processing, and cloning out of distractions, is allowed. HDR IS allowed in this challenge No watermarks or any other identifying marks/text No reference to the entrant`s ID in title or any other text option Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: Real animals and/or people can be in the image but the statue must be the main subject. No images depicting animal abuse, suffering or death [ nor potential injury or death ], of any [ real ] animal and no statues of animals depicted as suffering deliberate abuse for humans `entertainment`ie no bullfight type statues ]. Entries which do not adhere to the rules as written will be DQ`d VOTERS : 0.5s should only be given on images of poor quality or for being outside the rules [ if I miss DQing any ]. If giving any 0.5s, reasons should be given, if you give it stand by it. Voting on thumbnail is lazy and disrespectful, entrants deserve to have their images viewed properly.
