Exposures of several seconds can create mysterious light streaks, misty oceans, gossamer cascades or smudges of pedestrians. With the camera in a fixed position, use an exposure of at least three seconds to show a lot of motion. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: The image should show a lot of movement, not just a bit of movement.
