Show full rules Announced: Saturday, 4th September, 2010 (GMT) Submissions: Saturday, 11th September, 2010 – Friday, 17th September, 2010 (GMT) Voting: Saturday, 18th September, 2010 – Friday, 24th September, 2010 (GMT) Processing rules: Basic image cleanup only (retouch as required). No borders or watermarks. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: No macros or closeups (too easy). Image must be created below knee level and have a GROUND-LEVEL REFERENCE POINT. It should be quite obvious that the image was taken near the ground. Setting your camera on the edge of the cliff is technically ground-level, but does not give you ground-level perspective. No snapshots; demonstrate that you have taken the time to carefully compose the image. If you see an entry that you feel doesn't qualify, use the Complain button and state your case, but do so well before the submission deadline ends.
