Challenge has finished Painters discovered that the inclusion of an s-shaped curve in their composition added a sense of movement to an otherwise static image. The s-shape is aesthetically pleasing and is capable of standing on its own in an image. Show us an image where the "S" curve serves as the primary focus of your image. Show full rules Announced: Saturday, 10th April, 2010 (GMT) Submissions: Saturday, 17th April, 2010 – Friday, 23rd April, 2010 (GMT) Voting: Saturday, 24th April, 2010 – Friday, 30th April, 2010 (GMT) Processing rules: Basic image correction (retouch as required). No borders or watermarks. No composite images. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: The "S" curve must be blatantly obvious. The curve must not be a series of curves or loops, but a long continuous s-shaped meander in the frame.
