The photo must show one or more subjects in a street doing nothing and the expression of the main subject must look like he/she is idle. Plz dont merge photos to create one. No HDRs plz. No border/copyright signature on photo plz. No nudes. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: The photo MUST contain human element as one of the main subjects. The expression of one of the main subjects must look like he is doing nothing and is idle.
