:: An Insight into the Natural World :: Lets see the Wild Creatures that visit your backyard, front yard or just come onto your property (farm, etc.). Any type of vertebrate animal is okay, e.g. Fishes, Amphibians, Reptiles, Birds or Mammals. You may like to view this as an ad-hoc survey of the wild animals that you live with (sometimes unwittingly).

Only minor post-processing allowed.
No HDR.

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

Only Wild Animals (they don't have to be native to your country).
No Domestic Animals.
Try to identify the animal, if you don't know what it is, say so.
Let us know where the shot was taken.
If possible, let us know how common the animal is in your area.
People ARE animals, but please don't include them in this challenge unless they are incidental to the shot.
