In Motion: Tracking, zooming

Challenge #7 in the Ways of Seeing series. Hosted by jezsik.
Challenge has finished
While commonplace in cinema, a forward or backward motion with a still camera is quite difficult to accomplish and seldom seen. Done properly, the motion streaks create an almost surrealistic tunneling effect. To accomplish this shot, use a slow shutter speed while you and your subject move in synchronization going forward or backward. A similar effect is achieved by changing the focal length of a zoom lens during a long exposure. For this challenge, show us your best tracking/zooming shot, but make sure the effect is ostentatious!! (Note Additional rules!)
