Now we'll remain in the theme, but with some specific requirements in each challenge. This one requires B&W wedding photos, taken or cropped with the ratio 1:1, remembering the old 6x6 (and other square formats) cameras. Show full rules Announced: Tuesday, 5th May, 2009 (GMT) Submissions: Tuesday, 12th May, 2009 – Monday, 18th May, 2009 (GMT) Voting: Tuesday, 19th May, 2009 – Monday, 25th May, 2009 (GMT) Processing rules: [same as previous challenge] - No excessive retouches - No borders, signatures or watermarks - No artistic effects (such as charcoal or oil simulation) - No cut-outs (we really don’t deserve this) Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: - Pictures MUST be related to theme (should we really have to say this?). Pictures not related to wedding will be disqualified. - Pictures MUST be taken OR cropped in 1:1 ratio (width = height). We will tolerate a maximum 1% difference. - Pictures MUST be taken OR converted in grayscale (R = G = B). Photos in sepia, vintage, aged or other way than BW will be summarily disqualified. - Pictures with partial or total nudity (showing nipples or genitalia) are not allowed in this challenge and will be summarily disqualified.
