Pentax didn't have a stand at PMA this year but they were at the show. In accordance with dpreview's 'never off duty' work ethic we tracked them down after the show had ended and convinced them to show us their latest products.

So here, as a sign-off from PMA 2010 in Anaheim, California, are the Pentax X90, a 12 megapixel megazoom camera with 26x (26-676mm equivalent) zoom and the W90 rugged compact.

The W90, which is compatible with a new waterproof IR remote controller the company has also announced, may have leaked on the Internet a little early but, as you can see in our not-quite-industry-standard testing, leaking isn't something it makes a habit of.
