Nikon

The Nikon booth is dominated by the latest additions to the Coolpix compact range; the 4600, 5600, 5900, 7600 and 7900. The Coolpix 7600 and 7900 are a lot nicer 'in the flesh' than the initial PR shots might have you think, and seem well made and responsive (and they've got lovely screens too). Most of Nikon's emphasis seems to be on the novel software used in its digital compacts; in-camera red-eye removal, D-lighting and the recently announced 'Face Priority Autofocus System'.

Pro users are getting their first proper look at the D2Hs (though obviously opinions are very mixed), and there are plenty of D2X bodies on display. Nikon are demonstrating the new WT-2 802.1 b/g wifi adaptor
