HP's stand is dominated by inkjet printers in all shapes and sizes, but there are a few new digital cameras getting their first public airing. First up is the diminuitive PhotoSmart M22, a cute and compact 5.1 megapixel weatherproof model with fixed (non zoom) lens and a 1.5-inch LCD screen. Next up is the PhotoSmart M417, a compact 5 megpixel/3x zoom with a 1.8 inch LCD screen - a sort of slimmed down R707. The award-winning R707 has itself been upgraded in the form of the 6.2 megapixel R717 (3x zoom, 1.8-inch screen) - again making its debut at PMA 2005. Finally, we got our first real look at the special edition R607 Formula One (with tasteful blue and white livery and a small BMW Williams logo). Hard to know who will want one of these otherwise unremarkable 4.1 megapixel/3x zoom cameras, we'll stick with the far cooler Olympus Ferrari model...
