Fujifilm

The Fujifilm stand has it usual selection of superzooms and printing kiosks on show but all the attention is on the functioning mockups of the X100 large sensor compact. No word about pricing yet, sadly.

The company's latest EXR technology, with the ability to perform DSLR-style phase-detection autofocus, is also much in evidence, in the form of the F300 EXR and Z800 EXR.

And, in a trend we expect to be repeated a lot during this year's show, great tracts of the stand are given over to 3D technology. The Real 3D W3, the second generation of Fujifilm's two lens/two sensor 3D system, is prominently on display with plenty of multi-distance targets to show it off in a good light.

UPDATE: Fujifilm has confirmed that the X100 will be available around March 2011, at a price in the region of $1000.
