Sony's large and crowded booth is fairly equally split between printers / kiosks, compact cameras, the Alpha DSLR and camcorders. Photokina sees the first public outing for three recently-announced Cyber-Shot cameras - the very slim and very pretty DSC-T10 (7MP, 3x SteadyShot zoom, ISO 1000), DSC-T50 (7MP, 3x zoom) and DSC-N2 (8MP, 3x zoom). The latter two feature very nice 3-inch touch screen LCDs. Lots of interest in the fledgling Alpha SLR system, particularly the four new Carl Zeiss ZA lenses, including the DT 16-80mm, 135mm f1.8 and 85mm f1.4; all seen for the first time at the show.
