Leica

Biggest draw on the Leica stand is of course the Digital-Modul-R, the worlds first 35mm/digital hybrid system. The units on display are still pre-production, but we were very impressed by not only the build quality (this is Leica after all), but the speed of the digital module. Less impressive - or should we say more worrying - is the exposed 10 megapixel CCD, which needs a quick wipe over with a cloth when changing from the film to digital back. Still, if you want a very expensive, manual focus digital SLR that can also take 35mm film you are going to love this...
