Tell us a bit about yourself, David.

'I'm from Arizona originally. After getting a degree in photography from Northern Arizona University (where the program focused on commercial photography, and in fact required a lot more advertising, journalism, marketing, and business classes than art classes) I moved to New York in 1997 and got a job as a staff photographer for Christie's auction house.'
