The X-factor: Hands-on with Fujifilm's X30

Another welcome improvement in the X20 is a larger battery. The X30 accepts the same NP-95 that we've seen in a number of previous Fujifilm models, most recently the X100 series. The NP-50 battery used in the X20 didn't give great endurance, so any improvement at all to battery life in the X30 will be most welcome. Fujifilm claims that the X30 should be able to capture 470 shots (CIPA standard) on a single charge - up from a relatively paltry 270 in the X20.
