Amended post - I did buy a Canon 5D from Digital Rev and the mirror did fall out and there was a problem with the serial number - BUT NOW I am satisified it was a problem with a Digital Rev supplier NOT Digital Rev and they have done everything in their power to resolve it to my satisfactiobn - which they have done.
I can reccomend Digital Rev now and say - I will be buying from them again - the service was great !
PS - you may still need to make sure the EXIF serial number is the same as the one on the label on the bottom and speak to your seller if they do not match. Digital Rev will sort it out superbly if they discover a problem.
