Canon 650D or 600D

Dear all

I would like to buy my first DSLR camera and I prefer the entry level of DSLR. Please help me to decide which one that I should buy.

I love to take a photo especially natural views. I just have learnt about DSLR camera and I would like to have some. So, I  would like to know more information of DSLR. The cameras that I quite love are Canon 600D and 650D, but I don't know which one is better.

Please give me more functions and information about them.
